The Minds Behind MaxPro
Jared Bradshaw
Co-Founder & CEO of Business Strategy
Jared has enjoyed a solid track record of business success in his past. From rising to the top in the MMA and boxing world and winning welterweight Golden Gloves for California in 2010, to owning and operating several fight gyms and supplement stores, he initially grew his business experience in the health, fitness and fighting arenas. In 2011 he transitioned into insurance. While he established a Farmers Insurance office and successfully built it to over 800 active clients, he gradually saw the need to build a commercial insurance agency alongside to handle more complex insurance needs that were outside the appetite of Farmers.
In time as he realized his capabilities as a problem solver in complex risk management situations, his demand for the harder to place markets became so great that he sold his Farmer’s agency in 2017 to focus solely on this commercial business. He has received recognition from insurance publications along the way. He was one of the 20 agents nationwide to be named a 2019 Agent of the Year and the only one chosen in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Christian Moore comes from a diverse business background in finance, banking, insurance and sales. He runs business development for MaxPro and works with the team to make sure processes run smoothly for our clients. He is passionate about building a sustainable system so that MaxPro can continue to grow and help a greater number of clients. Christian joined Jared in 2018 to found MaxPro to help Jared continue what he was already doing in commercial insurance, but to build it stronger and around a team concept.
That mission has been the passion of Christian ever since to continually innovate better systems and processes to allow the team, and their clients, to thrive. The culture and health of the organization as well as the Phoenix movement to impact the industry are close to Christian’s heart and are what motivate him every day.

Stephen Sanchez
Chief Operating Officer
Stephen Sanchez is the kind of leader who brings precision, passion, and loyalty to every part of the job. As Chief Operating Officer, he doesn’t just manage workflows, he builds trust, delivers results, executes relentlessly and sets the tone for how clients are treated across the board.
Stephen is known for treating every client like family, not just all talk, but with action. He shows up early, stays late, and fights tooth and nail to make sure the people we serve feel protected, prioritized, and never overlooked. His drive is relentless. His standard is excellence. And his reputation is built on doing the right thing, even when no one’s watching.
Outside of the office, Stephen’s all about meaningful moments, good food, great company and conversations that remind you what really matters. Whether he’s leading a team or sharing a table with friends, he brings the same energy being present, intentional, and all in.
Miles is a natural problem solver who has a lifelong passion for systems and puzzles. Growing up playing baseball, he learned to value teamwork and has a deep understanding of how diverse skill sets and backgrounds can come together to produce excellence. He has been known to give the rest of the office a run for their money on the chess board as well.
Watching his family’s strong background in business consulting, Miles has long seen how important it is for companies to be well prepared, and how to consider both the big picture and the unique details facing each particular business and industry. He enjoyed the hands-on nature of insurance and risk management, and is often a client-whisperer. His easy going personality helps walk clients through challenges on a regular basis. This unshakable confidence and down to earth approach are a vital glue that helps hold the office culture together.
When away from the office, Miles enjoys film and cinematography, as well as reading a diverse array of fiction and non-fiction books. He studied film, collects movie scripts and loves how the complexity of a narrative can be crafted to communicate a powerful message. His enquiring mind has enriched the office with many philosophical discussions.

Justin Montijo

Justin pulls from a deep background of faith, family and fitness and has been a competitive athlete all his life. Playing Safety for the George Fox University Bruins football team taught him to channel his competitive spirit into a culture of togetherness and perseverance. Possessing a positive attitude and unrelenting effort, he helps fuel the energy in the office.
He carries that same spirit into his work helping protect clients and handle the constant challenges that come up in our business everyday. His studies in Communication have given him a focus on clarity and precision. He translates this into the care and diligence with which he handles the vast number of files and forms that come across his desktop every day. When conversing with clients, he gives them the confidence that every concern will be dealt with as if it was his own.
Outside of the office Justin is an avid golfer. He loves the challenge of the sport and finding ways to avoid the many potential pitfalls that the game provides. He fosters deep camaraderie with his co-workers and has become a golf evangelist among the office staff. Whether at home, in the office or on the links, Justin is always ready to embrace a challenge.
Maddison loves people and enjoys connecting with clients on a human level. She grew up in an entrepreneurial family that owns a moving company, so she learned about the importance of risk management and preparation early on. She got to see the various aspects of the business in real time and it taught her the satisfaction of work that has a positive impact on the lives of clients. This family business also gave her the experience of growing up in both Utah and Virginia during her formative years. This exposure to different parts of the country along with a lifelong fascination with people and culture led her to study human geography at UC Berkeley. While there she had many opportunities to work collaboratively with classmates on projects and causes such as environmental protection. She thrives in a chaotic environment where she can focus in on the important details to navigate through to a solution. Her desire is to serve clients to the best of her ability and make them feel heard and valued. She comes to the office each day armed with a hunger to learn and a ready smile. When not working, she loves fitness, the outdoors and journaling about life.

Kat brings a valuable presence to MaxPro. She is the first to greet anyone visiting the office and brings a sense of calm and balance to the often chaotic world of insurance. She has always been a reader and an adventurer who loves to travel and explore different regions and cultures around the world. This spirit of exploration also fuels a passion for a healthy and active lifestyle. When she graduated high school she took a gap year to travel. In addition to visiting Serbia, where she has family heritage, she had the chance to travel throughout Europe and expand her horizons. After this she attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and studied literature. In addition to her love of reading, she also enjoys writing and dreams of a possible second career as an author someday. Kat grew up teaching kids swimming and has worked for many years in helping children with special needs. This has given her a deep empathy for people and patience in dealing with challenges. It also motivates her to find middle ground when facing conflict and misunderstanding. In the always competitive and often divisive world of business, this is a golden touch to include in our operations team. While Kat is the most recent addition, she has already become a critical member.
